Bleu Heard: ‘Rude Boy’ Will Be The Last Single Off Rated R!

According to Rihanna’s production label, SRP Records, the songstress latest single ‘Rude Boy’ will most likely to be the last single from her album ‘Rated R’, which lacked mass appeal. The news comes in wake of the confirmation that the 22 year old is set to release a lighter, up-tempo album this summer. People are pretty much over her dark goth music.

This is not a surprise considering the fact it’s well known fact Rihanna is already in the studio. Def Jam Records refuses to let their money maker fall off, they are going to push albums out her a$$. Just like they did when Jay-Z was running the label, three album is two years!!

The strategy could bring in a lot of money, but they also run the is risk of over-saturating an artist that people find vocally annoying. At the rate Rihanna and her team are going, ‘Rated R’ will likely join the pile of forgettable album’s RiRi has released thus far (‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ excluded).

We are gonna assume that the whole album will be filled of ‘Rude Boy’ & ‘Pon De Replay’-esque records. We want you to win Rihanna, but we just don’t know about this move.
